UNC Health Blue Ridge is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We view our role in the care of the patient as sacred work and strive for excellence in all that we do.

The Grateful Patient Program provides an opportunity for you, your family or friends to honor and say “Thank You” to a doctor, nurse, technician or volunteer who made an impact on your care while at UNC Health Blue Ridge by sharing your story and/or providing a donation in honor of the caregiver.

Gifts received through the Grateful Patient Program pay tribute to a caregiver who has enriched your life, while also helping to provide essential resources for a healthier tomorrow for you, for your family and for the local communities we serve. 

Saying “Thank You” is as easy as:

• CLICK HERE to Share Your Story. If you desire to donate, you will have the opportunity to do so through this link as well. We look forward to hearing your story.
• CLICK HERE to Donate Only. Your gift will ensure that future patients receive the same exceptional care that is expected and deserved. 
• When a gift is made, the person whom you are honoring will be sent an acknowledgement letter. Your message of appreciation will also be shared with your honoree’s supervisor, his or her colleagues and with the community through various means. The gift amount will be kept confidential.
